Originally from China, he moved to New Zealand at 14 and is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing him to connect with a diverse range of clients. Thomas began his career as an apprentice under a highly regarded flooring expert, completed his training, and later worked as a flooring sales representative, giving him a deep understanding of both installation and product selection. As a Registered Master Installer with QuickStep, he specialises in timber, laminate, vinyl, and floor preparation, ensuring every project is completed with precision and quality craftsmanship.
