The Challenges We’ve Faced
This project presented several challenges that required precision and expertise to overcome. The entire floor needed re-leveling and careful sanding, as it had underfloor heating. With the client removing the existing tiles, Floorical stepped in to prepare the surface, ensuring a smooth and stable foundation before installation.
One of the biggest challenges was the uneven window architrave, which required extensive leveling to achieve a flawless and balanced look. Through meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail, we ensured the new laminate flooring was perfectly installed, enhancing the luxury and elegance of this home. Now, with the upstairs completed, the client is considering extending the transformation to the downstairs area.
