What we’ve done
This Te Puna project required careful planning and precision to achieve the perfect result. The entire floor had to be re-leveled using floor leveling compound to create a smooth and stable surface. Since some areas of the skirting had not been cut, we carefully undercut them to allow the laminate flooring to expand properly.
Once the preparation was complete, we installed the new flooring with precision, ensuring a seamless and high-quality finish. Despite the challenges, our attention to detail and craftsmanship brought out the best in this luxury home. Now, with the upstairs transformation complete, the client is considering extending the upgrade to the downstairs area as well.
